FITBOXE

It is a group activity, made with music, that combines the dynamic Aerobics with the Martial Arts.

Differently from this last one, it is not foreseen a direct comparison between two people, the purpose is not to neutralize a rival: kicks, fists, kneeds and jabs are given to a sack with a mobile base. It is a pleasant system of training that gives the possibility to learn some techniques of attack and defence and permits to learn to defend themselves. It is also suggested for loosing weight, keeping fit, relaxing by downloading anxiety and accumulated aggression (hitting the sack has a liberating effect) or simply enjoying.

Come and test it on Tuesday at 5.45 pm and Sunday at 11.30 am!
